All pieces have been combined after the paper mache has dried.

Paper mache process on plastic form to maintain the thermoplastic’s shape. Brown paper used to maintain the cardboard look.

Shaped thermoplastic pieces.

Using a heat gun to form the thermoplastic into the breastplate and pauldrons.

Original cardboard prototype before cardboard was replaced with thermoplastic for the sake of durability.
